3.2. Personal information that PTT Digital collects
3.2.1. Personal information such as full name, age, date of birth, gender, marital status, national identification
number, passport number or other state-issued identification information, postal address, place of work, telephone number, email, your ID line, IP address, Cookie ID, browser data and other information about the device you use to access our websites, applications and other communications channels.
3.2.2. Information about your use of the Internet applications or other electronic networks, such as the history of
your visits, searches and interactions with our websites or advertisements, information collected from cookies and other tracking technologies

4. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Data

4.3.5. Business objectives. PTT Digital collects personal information for the purpose of statistical analysis or
public relations such as video recording, meeting, training, recreation or booth.
4.4. Your consent. In order for you to benefit from using products or services as you have given your consent,
for example, to provide you with better products or services and in line with your needs in order for you to receive an offer special benefits, advice and news, including the right to participate in special events, etc.
5. Disclosure of Personal Data
5.1. PTT Digital will not disclose Personal Data to any persons without obtaining consent from the Data Subject
and will only disclose in accordance with the informed purpose(s).
5.2. PTT Digital may need to disclose Personal Data to its affiliates or other persons both within Thailand and in foreign
countries for the benefit of PTT Digital’s operations and provision of services to the Data Subject. In disclosing Personal Data to such persons, PTT Digital will ensure that such persons maintain confidentiality of the Personal Data and refrain from using such Personal Data for any purpose other than those as specified by PTT Digital.
5.3. PTT Digital may disclose Personal Data under the requirements of the law such as disclosing Personal Data to
government authorities, government agencies, regulator including in an event of request for disclosure made by virtue of the law.
6. Retention period of personal data
PTT Digital will keep your personal information for as long as necessary to complete the purposes outlined in this
policy. Which may need to be kept for later if required or permitted by law, for example stored in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Law. Stored for the purpose of verifying and investigating in the event that a dispute may arise within the validity prescribed by law for a period not exceeding 10 years.

7.1. PTT Digital will provide appropriate security measures for Personal Data and comply with the laws, policies,
regulations, requirements and practices on the protection of Personal Data for the employees and other relevant persons.
7.2. PTT Digital will support and encourage employees to have knowledge and awareness of duties and responsibilities
for the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Data so that PTT Digital can comply with the Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection laws correctly and efficiently.
8. Data Subject Rights
8.1. Right to withdraw consent for the processing of Personal Data that has previously been given, in any cases such
withdrawal will not affect the collection, use or disclosure of Personal Data that has already been consented for.
8.2. Right to access and request a copy of Personal Data You have the right to access and obtain copy of your personal
data holding by us, unless we are entitled to reject your request under the laws or court orders, or if such request will adversely affect the rights and freedoms of other individuals.
8.3. Right to request for correction of Personal Data. You have the right to rectify your inaccurate personal data and
to update your incomplete personal data.
8.4. Right to request for delete or destruction or anonymization of Personal Data. You have the right to request us
to delete, destroy or anonymize your personal data, unless there are certain circumstances where we have the legal grounds to reject your request.
8.5. Right to object the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Data. You have the right to object the collection,
use or disclosure of your personal data in case we proceed with legitimate interests basis or for the purpose of direct marketing, or for the purpose of scientific, historical or statistic research, unless we have legitimate grounds to reject your request.
8.6. Right to restrict the use of Personal Data. You have the right to request us to restrict the use of your personal data
under certain circumstances, e.g., when we are pending examination process in accordance with your request to rectify your personal data or to object the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data, or you request to restrict the use of personal data instead of the deletion or destruction of personal data which is no longer necessary as you have necessity to retain it for the purposes of establishment, compliance, exercise or defense of legal claims.
8.7. Right to data portability You have the right to receive your personal data in case we can arrange such personal
data to be in the format which is readable or commonly used by ways of automatic tools or equipment, and can be used or disclosed by automated means. Also, you have the right to request us to send or transfer your personal data to third party, or to receive your personal data which we sent or transferred to third party, unless it is impossible to do so because of the technical circumstances, or we are entitled to legally reject your request.
8.8. Right to lodge a complaint. You have the right to make a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee
or their office in the event that we do not comply with the PDPA.
9. Review and change of Privacy Policy
PTT Digital may update or revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to comply with legal requirements, changes in
PTT Digital’s operations including opinions and suggestions from various agencies. PTT Digital will announce changed for acknowledgement.
